Mini Bike Mount Rail Kit includes;

1x Bike Fork Mount

1x Mini Rail with fitting kit.

An easily removable bike mounting solution that has all the benefits of out fork mount system but can be removed in seconds when not in use without damaging the van floor, using the thumb screws provided.

Ideal for use in tight spaces or in vans where the bike is being installed in-between furniture pieces where our full length rails would not work.

Rail length options: 35cm / 45cm / 55cm

Fork Mount is supplied with 4x removable adapter for 15x100, 15x110 MTB fitments, 12x100 Gravel bike fitment and 5x100 for quick release axles.

Rail is secured into the van floor using 2x threaded inserts supplied. Simply drill a 13mm hole in the desired position of your mounts and screw the threaded insert into the plywood using an 8mm allen key. This creates a flush fitting threaded lashing point that the rail is secured down to using the thumb screws provided.

Each kit includes 1x MTB Vans Fork Mount with 4 axle adapters to support 5x100 quick release, 12x100 gravel, 15x100, and 15x110 Boost MTB setups. That means full compatibility with a wide range of bikes – from gravel rigs to long-travel trail bikes. The mini rail, available in 35cm, 45cm, or 55cm lengths, provides a solid base for the fork mount, while still allowing easy installation even in narrow or offset areas of your van.

Installation is quick and damage-free. The rail is secured using two threaded inserts, which are easily installed into the plywood floor via two 13mm holes and an 8mm Allen key. Once in place, the thumb screws allow for quick removal and reinstallation – making this an excellent option for dual-purpose vehicles or those who need modular storage flexibility.
