Van Furniture Fixed Kombi Bed System made for the T5/T6

This has been designed to be fitted directly into the van bolting points , these can be easily installed and removed within a few minutes with two people lifting.

This bed system works as standard for a SWB however we do offer the extension frame for the LWB as an optional extra below. This extension allows for the bed to latch on to the end of seats.

The kit is made using the 18mm hardwood Hex ply, its a very robust hard wearing material of which the finish takes very well to knocks, bumps & scratches. The drawer will retain a weight loading of 260kg

Additional tambour door kitchen pod has its own drawer front and can be installed in and out of the Kombi unit. We can offer this with a 9722 R/H Sink cut out.

SIZING INFORMATION

If you have a standard T5/T6/T5.1/T6.1 in SWB or LWB this kit can be used with the LWB Extension panel as by standard the bed would use the support of the rear kombi seats as the support however the extensions panels offers a adjustable pull out support that allows the bed to support itself. If installing this without rear seats you will also need this. (See final two picture for reference)

These can also be fitted into as shuttle/caravelle however these do need a slight adaption on the top panel, trimming down to accommodate for the rear plastic trim that the shuttle and caravelle have running over the wheel arch and heater. Please drop us a message if opting for this layout with the VW Shuttle / Caravelle.
